Hi, my name is Lyn Marr-Woodland. I am a registered nurse, clinical aromatherapist, remedial massage therapist & educator. I am an accredited practitioner Fellow of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) & a registered nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.

I started pulse of life over 20 years ago in Newcastle, NSW. My intention was to offer natural, wholistic health support, grounded in the belief that human beings have an innate intelligence when it comes to making informed choices about their own health & wellbeing. Over time, many have forgotten how to connect with this intelligence & readily surrender to others the authority to make decisions about their own health & wellbeing.

By learning to reconnect with our mind-body-spirit complex, we are empowered to make mindful, positive choices for ourselves.

While traditional natural therapies are at the heart of the pulse of life philosophy, both traditional & allopathic models of health & healing are respected – neither approach is disregarded or devalued, they are complimentary.

The pulse of life name & logo symbolises the universal rhythm & essence that interconnects all that dwell upon our ancient planet. Every choice we make has a ripple effect & it is why it is essential for us to become the change that we want to see in the world. If we want to see kindness & respect in the world, we must be kind & respectful to our self & to others. If we want to see peace in the world, we must be peaceful in our thoughts & in our actions. If we want to enjoy life on a healthy planet, we must be committed to making choices that are in harmony with the natural rhythm of the environment.
